Warranty

This machine is backed by a Five-Year Limited* Warranty. The comprehensive warranty covers both the dryer unit and the motor. Additionally, a One-Year Warranty* is provided for Parts, Switches, and Cords. This warranty encompasses any defects in materials or workmanship, including installation, with specified exceptions.

Metrovac stands behind its product, offering to repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning part* at no charge. If the machine proves unrepairable, it will be replaced. Please note that *mechanical alterations made to the machine will void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover carbon brushes, carbon brush wear, filters, or general maintenance. Physical damage to the machine, improper electrical connections, or water damage are also not covered. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility.
