Cattle oilers are designed so that when cattle are rubbing on it, pesticide drips on a felt cloth or brush and is rubbed into the skin. A cattle oiler with brushes also brushes out winter hair and is an excellent fly and lice control. All cattle oilers have an adjustable flow control valve that lets you control the amount of liquid being applied.
