QUESTION:  Would a mule contour saddle pad work for a horse with low withers and a round back? Or is it still better to get a horse contour pad for a horse? If this pad would work for a horse, do you carry it in a full skirt in black? What would the cost be for that kind of pad?
ANSWER:  Yes it works very well - on can use the mule pad on horses, but not the horse on mules. You are on the right track and thinking smartly. :) We can do it in the full skirt black and with black wear leathers - no extra charge. Cost is $10 more than a regular length pad. Thank you for your interest and consideration in buying the World's finest wool felt pad. This wool has 6psi compression rating, the next closest is 2psi which is the same as most neoprene products.
