| QUESTION: From the picture, I can't see how the top is closed. Could you please explain?

| ANSWER: the top is not closed . the v bottom keeps the animal from getting a foot into the trough and wasting feed. the material is tough enough you can drill holes for water drainage without damage to it. you could make a cover if you like. i hope i have answered your question . if not please call again charlie |
