| QUESTION: Do you make pads for round skirt saddles in 30x30 also in brown. And how much would that cost? Where do I place an order
Also, do you make any of your cinches with stainless steel rollers for easier cinching

| ANSWER: Hi Karen: thank you for the contact. 5 Star does the round skirted pads. You simply need to state what would want. round in front and back, round just back.
We do not do the roller buckles because do many people over cinch with them and we do not want to be a part of that problem.

| QUESTION: I have a ortho flex western caliende saddle. Do you have a trail pad for a round skirt with drop yoke rigging in black. Length of my saddle is 26". I do all trail riding. | ANSWER: 5 Star can make a pad that will work for that saddle but you need to send a tracing of the saddle skirting to make sure the drop is covered. If it does not cover correctly with any pad the drop edge can rub.
7/8" would be best, unless you are doing lots of long hours 2-3 days in a row. Then I would consider a 1" |

| QUESTION: There is no color specified on the internet order form. I want a black pad and understand the hair on leather will vary. I just want to be sure I am choosing the correct pad color, even though there is no where to specifiy black. Thanks. |

| QUESTION: I unfortunately tried to get a felt contour pad on ebay and to my horror it has a hideous chemical smell that is sickening and makes my eyes run. I wouldn't put it on my horse if I was paid too! Is there a chemical scent attached to your pads? Something besides a leather smell I mean. |
| ANSWER: No, there is no chemical scent to our pads. Our pads are 100% wool felt.

| ANSWER: 5 Star makes a number of other pads and can custom fit a pad to any saddle. I am not familiar your specific saddle but will check it out. The felt used in 5 Star pads is the finest on the market and is outstanding for endurance padding, plus it gives you options for thickness.

| QUESTION: May I get the BLACK 30x30 Pad with BROWN Hair on Leather? |
| ANSWER: We have quite a few hair on colors, but no solid brown. It could be a predominantly reddish brown brindle, with some black mixed in. Or, there is some lighter brown (almost fawn) with some lighter hair mixed in. If either of these sounds good, we'll be happy to make one up for you.

| ANSWER: Just color! So long as you are referring to the brown one. The burgandy pad marked new shows how the 32"x32" pad looks.
