| QUESTION: Hi, my husband ordered me the "Homesteaders Delight" for Christmas. We live in Eastern Idaho at 6000' and we are off the grid, so we don't have a lot of options for heating the young birds for very long. Is there any way you can delay shipping until May when they will be able to withstand the weather sooner? I'm afraid I'll have to cancel my order if possible if shipping can't be delayed. This shouldn't be a problem since it appears you have a waiting list! Please let me know what my options are.

| ANSWER: Straight run means "as hatched". They have not been seen by the sexers. |

| ANSWER: The different types of poultry technically require different feeds so it depends on your setup. |

| ANSWER: They are available in the Spring. Orders for next season can be placed in December. Any assortments are of our choice of breeds.

| QUESTION: Hi,
I'm looking for only 3-5 chickens,not a whole flock. Can you sell/ship 5 instead of 16? I'd happily pay the full price if you would be sweet enough to pick some "different" or unusual chick's for me. High productivity is not that important. I would love to have some Sultans, Silkies etc. And I also like the look of the Barred and Buff etc. (Brahmas??) I am a member of The Palm Beach Fancy Poultry Ass. but have never been an active member. I have extensive knowledge in the care and husbandry of the psittacine species, and I also have a roomy area for them to scratch around safely.
