The roto molded arc can be used alone or mated (pinned together with linch pins - you must order 2) for a complete surround feeder exposing only the spiral ends. This design allows the single bale feeder to mate for the ultimate two bale feeder that can easily be skidded around the farm loaded or empty. Any means of round bale handling can be used to load feeder.

As the hay is consumed and the feeder settles to the ground, the animals can go in and finish the hay. A rod is pushed through a small hole in the top into the round bale to act as a hat pin so animals can't butt the cover off (push rod not included - any galvanized ground rod will work).

Units come in beautiful Spring Green, exactly 68" wide for a nice snug fit, by 61" and 34" curve to ground. Weight is approximately 65 lbs. Drilled 1" for any ties (one strand from bale may be used in high winds or for aggressive animals as well as any other means desired).
