I was thinking about using this as a large firepit. Would it withstand heat or is this a bad idea? ANSWER:  I do not think that the skirt would hold up to the heat very well. QUESTION:  How do you get the round bale inside the feeder? ANSWER:  Flip the round bale feeder on its side, put the round bale on the ground, and flip the round bale feeder over the bale.
