The Q&A on this Product QUESTION:  Is there a place that a chain can be connected to the feeder to pull it? ANSWER:  There is a very large "O" ring on the center post and it also has holes drilled into the bottom of the base for one to attach it to a cement pad which you could use to put a chain through and pull. However, I would recommend one be very careful when you go to "pull" it around if there is snow on the ground or in a large amount of mud or manure.
