| QUESTION: I am looking for an automatic gate (that opens with a remote control) and has a speaker and receiver so that if the gate is closed, the visitor can communicate his/her identity to us in the house. The house is approx. 2/10's of a mile from the house. Is anything like this available. Thanks. |

| ANSWER: The price of the gate would be $ 1095.00. That would include the letter replacement. The Apollo 1550 would work very well for this gate and is what I would reccomend. | QUESTION: What is the largest expanse a single gate can be? We are moving to the Chattanooga, Tennessee area and were considering a double wrought iron gate, but perhaps a single gate would do. I believe the expanse is approximately 16 feet. Also, do you have an on-line catalog of ornamentation pieces for the tops of gates? We would like either black or charcoal grey. Can you paint the gate to match a certain color stone on our house and pillars? |
| ANSWER: The largest gate that we like to build in a single is 16', because of the
weight og the gate. With a 16' gate it must be hung on a double brace H-post.
If it is not it will sag in the future. I am sorry but I do not have an online
catalog for the finial tops. As far as the color I can do my best to match the
color. All of our gates are powdercoated so it is limited on the color. Most
colors are available though. If you have any more questions, let me no. Thanks.
