Note: You must have equipment available to unload the cattle guard from the delivery vehicle when it arrives. The delivery truck will require you to unload the cattle guard with a loader or fork lift or some other means upon delivery.

  • 3.5" or 4.5" pipe depending on availability
  • 8" X 11.5lb Channel Support Beams
  • Gray enamel finish
  • Pipe ends are capped with 12ga steel to prevent water from sitting in pipe
  • Skirt is made of 12ga steel
  • These cattle guards are fully welded and built to withstand the weight of a fully loaded tractor trailer.

    QUESTION:  What material is the cattle guard made from?
    ANSWER:  The channel underneath it is 8" x 11.5". The box is made of 12ga hot rolled steel. The pipe is made of either 3" or 4" pipe. Pipe in our are is becoming hard to find, so we have to use which ever one is available. There is no difference in the strength of them. These cattle guards are built with the highest quaility and best materials. I have never had an unsatisfied customer.
