| Bulk Feed Bins |
|
Sioux Bulk Feed Bins offer safe, dry feed storage and are available in
6', 7' and 9' sizes.
- 4" wide corrugation reduces the resistance to downward flow of feed, feed hang-up and bridging.
- Industry test have proven that wide corrugation gives 25% more vertical strength than narrow corrugation, and almost twice the strength of bins with no corrugation.
- Wider corrugation results in wider bin sheets, thereby increasing capacity.
- The same width corrugated bin holds more bushels than a narrow corrugated bin.

Features:
- The weather-tight die-formed roof has reinforced ribs at the seams for added strength.
- The 23 ½" diameter, warp-resistant spun cap locks down tight and keeps out the moisture.
- The taper hopper sections are offset to allow smooth feed flow.
- Bin sheets are mode of heavy gauge G-90 galvanized steel.
- Legs are die-formed for superior fit, durability and structural support.
- The leg bracing is engineered for greater strength and stability.

 Sioux Steel Farm Grain Systems protect grain from all weather conditions. The strong roof stands up to northern snow loads and high winds. Sioux Grain Systems keep grain fresh and in condition for years.

Roof Standards
- Roof Edge is rolled 340º to stiffen panel edges.
- Roof Ribs are deep, double thick, overlapping and interlocked.
- 32 º Roof slope sheds moisture fast, both inside and outside of panels.
- Compression ring on bins 21' diameter or more.
- Hooded roof vent has large, 15" x 15" inlet area for free air movement.

- 4" Corrugation on 44" wide sheets.
- Corrugation reduces pressure on the sidewalls.
- Bottom Ring has roll formed flange which eliminates separate foundation ring.
- Tieless door - No cross ties.
