Requires .92 gallons of RV antifreeze per 100 feet of tubing. 300' X 1/2" PEX Oxygen barrier tubing installs with Radiant Heat system on insulating foam board. Tube bends help make transition for tubing in concrete to the manifolds. Allow 1 linear foot of tubing for 1 square foot of space to be heated. Order 1 each 300' Loop Kit per 300 square feet of space to be heated.

  The Crete-Heat^TMInsulated Floor Panel System, is an easily assembled modular board insulation, vapor barrier and radiant tube holding grid that allows for simplied installation of hydronic radiant floor heating systems in basements, garages, main floor slab on grade and above grade installations where concrete or gypcrete is normally used. For basements, a 'light weight' concrete (sand instead of pea gravel) maybe used in 1-1/2" thickness. Uses 1/2" tubing. Total thickness is 1-7/8"

Ready For Concrete
The Crete-Heat^TMInsulated Floor Panel System, is an easily assembled modular board insulation, vapor barrier and radiant tube holding grid that allows for simplied installation of hydronic radiant floor heating systems in basements, garages, main floor slab on grade and above grade installations where concrete or gypcrete is normally used.

The Crete-Heat^TM Insulated Floor Panel System is 2 7/8" overall in thickness, with 2" of solid EPS foam providing an R-10. The panel board size is 25" x 49" and the effective area is 24" x 48".
Our retrofit or over grade panel provides 2 1/8" overall in thickness, with 1" of solid EPS foam providing and R-6 with a 23 dB sound reduction knob on the lower surface. Each interlocking panel covers up to 8 square feet with fasteners for 1/2" and 5/8" radiant tubing. A 10-mil polystyrene film provides the vapor barrier.
