Upon arrival, simply mix a packet of Gro-Gel Plus with 1/2 cup of water and spread it over their food, creating an enticing bright green attractant. The day-olds will love it! Upon consumption, they receive water for hydration, proteins, and amino acids for building essential body tissues, carbohydrates and fats for energy, vitamins to kickstart the digestive and immune systems, and probiotic bacteria to establish a healthy gut population. One packet serves 100 baby chickens or turkey poults, 200 pheasant chicks or ducklings, or 400 baby quail. For continued support, we recommend using Gro-Gel Plus on the first day and then supplementing your flock with either Quik Chik or Broiler Booster for the subsequent weeks. Gro-Gel Plus-B Microorganisms:
- LACTOSACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS: A primary Lactobacillus microorganism is known to implant on the villi of the intestinal tract. It rapidly multiplies in the poultry gut, producing lactic acid and the enzyme amylase.
- LACTORBACILLUS CASEI: This versatile Lactobacillus complements the growth of L. acidophilus, producing lactic acid and amylase.
- BIFIDOBACTERIUM BIFIDUM: A delicate microorganism commonly found in the mother's milk and the intestines of humans and animals.
- STREPTOCOCCUS FAECIUM: A beneficial Streptococcus microorganism known for its ability to produce lactic acid in pH ranges similar to that of Lactobacillus casei.

To use, simply mix one package with 1/2 cup of water, offering a net weight of 7 grams per serving. The ingredients include processed grain by-products, plant protein products, super absorbent powder, and a carefully crafted blend of vitamins and supplements. Please note that Gro-Gel is not GMO-free due to its grain by-product content. Although not OMRI-certified, we recommend against using it for organically-certified birds.
For the best start, we suggest using Gro Gel Plus on the first day, ensuring your chicks receive essential probiotics. In the following weeks, supplement their diet with either Quik Chik or Broiler Booster. Clarifying common queries, Gro Gel Plus and Gro Gel Plus "B" are the same product. On the day of arrival, provide Gro Gel on top of chick starter feed, and on the next day, introduce Quik Chik in their water for hydration and essential vitamins.
To maintain freshness, prepare the Gro Gel with water and place it on top of the chick starter feed for the first day. After 24 hours, dispose of any remaining gel in the feed trough to ensure optimal chick health.
